This comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for dedicated practitioners seeking to deepen their practice, develop their teaching skills, and embody the full spectrum of Yoga—both on and off the mat.   • Yoga Philosophy & History

    Explore the roots of Yoga through an in-depth study of classical texts such as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali & Bhagavad Gita and modern texts such as Skill in Action & The Untethered Soul. Learn how these ancient teachings remain relevant in modern life and practice, offering guidance on ethical living, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.

  • Methodologies for Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga

    Gain practical and theoretical knowledge of sequencing, cueing, and class design for both Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga styles. Develop a skillful understanding of alignment, energetic pacing, and thematic integration to support diverse student needs and intentions.

  • Anatomy & Biomechanics

    Study the human body in motion with a focus on musculoskeletal structure, joint function, and integrative movement patterns. Learn how to apply this knowledge to prevent injury, increase mobility, and support long-term sustainability in Yoga practice and beyond.

  • In Depth Pranayama & Breathwork

    Dive into the physiology and energetics of the breath. Practice traditional techniques such as Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, Bhramari, and Circular Breath and understand how breath regulation affects the nervous system, emotional resilience, and meditative states. Learn how to integrate breath practices into your Yoga teaching and other offerings.

  • Accessibility & Inclusivity

    Learn how to create brave and empowering spaces for all bodies, backgrounds, and abilities. This module emphasizes adaptive teaching, trauma-aware language, and cultural humility, encouraging you to meet students where they are with compassion and respect.

  • Authentic Teaching Voice

    Discover your unique voice as a teacher and space holder. Through guided practice teaching, feedback sessions, and self-inquiry, you will cultivate confidence, clarity, and presence—learning not just what to teach, but how to embody and communicate your message with integrity. This will help you in discovering your own authenticity and what is important for you to share from your own story and experiences.

  • Yoga & Social Justice

    Examine the intersection of Yoga and social justice. This section offers tools to understand systemic inequities, decolonize your practice, and engage in Yoga as a path of collective liberation, not just personal transformation.

  • The Business of Yoga

    Gain practical skills for building a sustainable and ethical career in Yoga. Topics include marketing, ethics, liability, class management, social media, and maintaining personal wellness as a professional. How to incorporate the variety of ways you can integrate teaching the practice of Yoga either in addition or in collaboration with what you already do, or pursuing it as your main passion.

  • Arm Balances & Inversions

    Develop strength, technique, and confidence in postures such as Crow, Handstand, and Headstand. Learn the biomechanics, progressions, and spotting methods needed to teach these poses safely and effectively and have fun exploring them.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    Explore the unique needs of pregnant students with a focus on safety, modifications, and support through all trimesters. This module prepares you to guide those who are expecting with confidence, whether in public classes or private sessions.

Who this is for:

This training is ideal for aspiring teachers, serious students, and wellness professionals who wish to integrate Yoga more deeply into their lives and work. No prior teaching experience is required, but a personal practice is recommended. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a 200-hour certificate.
